  • We are convinced that consumer knowledge, marketing and food technology equal more TOGETHER than they do apart. Therefore, it is the established philosophy of UNICO to brainstorm and work around one table with representatives of these disciplines when discussing innovations in the food and beverage sector.
  • The Institute of Food and Beverage Innovation (ILGI) of Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) is a UNICO project partner. As part of the innovation projects by UNICO, the Institute contributes its expertise in technology to the consultation process in the following areas:
